The Gustave Moreau museum is located at the same place he worked and lived all his life. Before his death in 1896, he established the museum himself the way he wanted his art to be displayed.
You can see his wonderful mythical, biblical, literary, and even modern work in this museum.
You can also visit his private apartment where his parents as well as himself had lived with some of his personal collections.
Hours of Operation:
Open everyday but Tuesdays from 10am - 12:45 and 2:00pm to 5:15pm.
Closed on Januray 1, May 1, and December 25.
