The first theme park opened in France in 1963 is about 45 minutes north of Paris. It has been renovated a few times. You will find great rides in the park. You will go through a forest, back to the time of pioneers, and through a desert.  In 2007, 10 new attractions have been added to the Sea of Sand park.

Hours of Operation:

The park is open from May to September.  However, they are not open everyday and you need to consult their calendar. http://www.merdesable.fr/infos_calendrier.html. The park is normally open from 10:30 am - 6:00 pm.
