Paris Disneyland RER A4: Marne-la-Vallee-Chessy / The Thalys or Eurostar |
EuroDisney is located just over 30 kilometers East of Paris. With the express RER A it takes about 35 minutes to get there from Paris. People coming from locations other than Paris, can take the The Thalys or Eurostar.
EuroDisney, or rather , became one of the most popular destinations in Europe after it opened its doors in 1992. It took a few years to become profitable, therefore, it has been changed somewhat from the original Disneyland in order to appeal to European travellers. As the result, it has been extended with great rides and shows.
Normally the park opens at 9 AM on week-ends and 10 AM on week days, and closes between 6PM to 11PM depending on the time of year.
Next to Eurodisney is the new Walt Disney Studios, where you can take a peak inside the process of making movies. You can also visit the Disney Village, the shopping centre of the resort.
Some of the places where you can purchase your Paris Disneylad park tickets are: at the entrance door, Disney store on Champs-Elysées, and FNAC stores.
UK visitors: You can avoid lineups andFrom other places: The combined RATP/Disneyland® Resort Paris ticket package consists of a roundtrip train ticket from Paris to the Disney Parks® as well as a one-day pass to either Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. This pass is also available without transportation. You can book your Paris Disneyland Pass in advance.
Golf fans can golf all year round at the nearby Golf Disneyland. It consists of three 9-hole courses.
