The construction of this chapel was ordered by Louis XVIII to honour Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette. You can also find the statue of Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette at this site. Chapelle Expiatoire Hours of Operation: Open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm. Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays as well as January 1, May 1, November 1, November 11 and December 25.
